Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be handmade, prepared, and packed before shipping.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer shipping across Australia.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Damaged or Lost Items

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
